In 2016, Connectivity Division was established to offer full Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) from Supply Chain, Prototyping, NPI, Low/High Volume Assembly and Test up to Post-Manufacturing Services.

Semiconductor Division offers turnkey manufacturing for a wide range of leaded and leadless packages: SOIC, SOT/TSOT23, QFN/DFN, PDIP, TSSOP, TO-39 and Power Modules. Additionally, ATEC offers partial services such as backgrind, die sales, Sn plating, reliability testing, package level failure analysis and drop shipment. Connectivity Division offers Assembly and Testing of RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, Complex PCBA, Hybrid and Chip-on-Board, Module/ System in Package (SiP), Test & Evaluation Boards and Box-Build Assembly.

ATEC is interested to offer its Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) Services and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to Japanese Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM), Fabless Manufacturer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
